Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of directiveCxO as a platform to connect companies with fractional executives.
1. Nature of the community
directiveCxO is a community of independent executives, not a marketplace or placement agency. We facilitate the connection between companies and executives, but we are not party to the work agreement established between them.
2. Direct contractual relationship
The work agreement is solely between the hiring company and the executive. directiveCxO is not responsible for compliance with terms, results, availability, or any other aspect of the engagement they agree upon directly.
3. Selection process
All executives in the community pass a selection process. However, directiveCxO does not guarantee specific results, permanent availability, or that the engagement will be successful. Each company and executive are responsible for validating alignment and capability.
4. Limitation of liability
directiveCxO acts solely as a contact facilitator. We are not responsible for: non-compliance with terms, reputational damage, financial loss, conflicts between parties, or any other damage arising from the engagement between company and executive.
5. Responsible use
Both parties (companies and executives) agree to use directiveCxO professionally, ethically, and legally. We reserve the right to remove any profile that violates these responsibilities.
6. Privacy and confidentiality
Information shared on directiveCxO will be treated according to our Privacy Policy. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding engagement terms.
